Soultide is a deeply reworked RuneScape private server built around real, permanent progression - a skill tree filled by playing normally, itemization worth chasing, and a Wilderness that actually rewards you for surviving it.

Download Waystone
Our launcher. One installer keeps your client and cache up to date automatically - including the launcher itself. Pick Soultide and press Play.
Create your character
Pick a username and password, choose your game mode, and you're dropped straight into Varrock Castle.

Before you start
- Windows
- Use the Windows Installer - Java comes bundled, nothing else to install.
- macOS & Linux
- Use the cross-platform .jar, which needs Java 8 or newer installed.
- Game modes
- Choose Normal, Ironman or Ultimate Ironman when your character is created. Switching modes later wipes your items and bank, so pick deliberately.

Soul Constellation
A skill tree drawn as 26 constellations, one for every skill, that pushes your levels past 120 all the way to 150. Earn up to 100 Soul Points from levelling, boss kills, achievements and rare skilling finds, complete each constellation's figure for tiered bonuses, and pick up to two Masteries - real mechanical effects, not flat stat boosts - with the full-power one as your endgame goal.
Wilderness Bounty Hunter
Rebuilt from the ground up as PvM, not PvP. Get a target from the Bounty Hunter tab and you're assigned a real wilderness monster to hunt down - the tab shows exactly where the nearest one is, and every fifth target is a wilderness boss. Land the kill and you're paid in Wilderness Keys, a chance at Artifacts, and PvM Points - the only way to earn them.
Runewords
Socket the right sequence of runes into a weapon or piece of armour and unlock one of 41 named, permanent effects - from stat bonuses up to real on-hit procs at the top of the Runic skill.
Transformation
Level the Transformation skill and fight as one of 49 real monsters and bosses, from Chicken to Nex, each with genuine combat bonuses - and the Barrows Brothers and Abyssal Demon forms bring their own signature special attacks.
Instance Arena
A private gauntlet of 50 bosses - just you and the fight, no competing for spawns or loot, with a set number of kills per session.
Sanctioned PvP
Free-for-All Arena, Fight Pits, and Dueling - real, consenting PvP with real stakes, on your terms, not an ambush in the open world.
Pets & Familiars
Every summoned familiar grants a genuine passive bonus - a live sidebar tab shows exactly what yours is doing for you right now.
Grand Exchange
Real buy and sell orders, a real player-driven market - price your own gear instead of haggling in world chat.
Loot Boxes
An optional gold sink, not a requirement - pricier crates buy better odds, and a real Rare-or-better pull announces itself to the whole server.
